(“Dapu Technologies”) was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Songshan Lake High-tech Zone, Dongguan, in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Dapu Technologies is a recognized clock ICs company and provider of high-performance signal chain solutions. The company has been recognized as a National Champion Enterprise in Specific Manufacturing Field, National Specialized and Innovative Key “Little Giant” Enterprise, and a National High-tech Enterprise.

Leveraging deep technical expertise and sustained R&D investment, Dapu Technologies has developed full-stack clock technology and product capabilities spanning chips, algorithms, modules, and equipment, while further expanding into RF devices and the broader high-performance signal chain space. The Company serves key sectors including new information infrastructure, automotive electronics, smart devices, and industrial applications, with products widely used in demanding applications such as high-speed data communications, high-precision positioning, and high-precision measurement.

None of our products or packaging contains metals sourced from the Congo (DRC) or its neighboring countries, as well as any conflict-controlled areas within these countries, including gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Su), and tungsten (W) raw materials.

We fully comply with the Electronic Industry Code of Conduct, source materials only from responsible suppliers who prioritize environmental and social responsibility, and require our suppliers to conduct reasonable diligence with their supply chains to ensure that the metals used in the raw materials do not come from conflict areas.
