Optical Transceiver Module STOFC02G30M / STOFC10G30M
This optical transceiver module enables optical data transmission over short distances in free space. By placing two such units face-to-face on the optical axis, full-duplex bidirectional communication can be achieved with a transmission distance of approximately 20 to 40 mm. The module integrates an 850 nm VCSEL (Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser), an 850 nm PIN photodiode (PD), and a high-sensitivity transimpedance amplifier (TIA), supporting a maximum data rate of 2.5 Gbps (STOFC02G30M) / 10 Gbps (STOFC10G30M). This performance remains stable even for communication between 360° rotating objects and stationary objects.
