Our new RTC series- INS5A8900 & INS5A8804 addresses this need by utilizing independently developed chips, high-precision temperature compensation algorithms, and a fully automated testing system and equipment. In collaboration with strategic supply partner TKD Science and Technology, we have achieved a complete domestically produced solution by utilizing quartz crystals and ceramic packaging that have passed automotive qualification.

The INS5A8900 & INS5A8804 automotive-grade RTC have been designed with a strong emphasis on redundancy and impact resistance, greatly improving product performance indicators to ensure normal operation in harsh environments, while also offering high precision, low power consumption, wide temperature range, small size, and high reliability. The development samples have already passed the “Extreme Robustness Test” conducted by CNAS laboratory and will also undergo AEC-Q100 testing.

Furthermore, in terms of software and hardware design, the INS5A8900 & INS5A8804 RTC fully considers compatibility with mainstream international brands of RTCs, enabling seamless switching to help customers achieve domestic substitution. This makes them a valuable addition to the rise of the intelligent automotive industry and contributes to the localization of automotive electronics in China.

The INS5A8900 & INS5A8804 RTC can be used in multiple intelligent subsystems of automotive electronics such as central control, instrument, audio system, intelligent cockpit, in-vehicle T-BOX, battery management system (BMS), driver monitoring system (DMS), advanced driver assistance system (ADAS), and intelligent Bluetooth keys.
